WNT Ventures is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we’re looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team.

With over $30 million in assets under management and a portfolio of more than 30 deep-tech companies, we’re scaling our internal operations to support the recent launch of Fund 4 and our plans to invest in 15+ new ventures over the coming years.

This part-time Tauranga-based role (approximately 3 days per week) will work closely with our Partners and play a central role in managing fund operations, investor engagement, and regulatory compliance across WNT Ventures and its associated investment vehicles. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting and audit processes, coordinating capital calls and distributions, managing AML/CFT requirements, and supporting internal systems and reporting.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a small team, is confident navigating financial and compliance frameworks, and brings a proactive approach to improving processes as we grow.
